Processing Times

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Within Australia

Free Standard Shipping: All orders above $49 AUD

$10 Standard Shipping: All orders under $49 AUD

Express Shipping: $15 AUD.

Delivery estimates:

Standard: 3–7 business days (metro areas are usually faster).

Express: 1–3 business days.

All parcels are shipped with Australia Post and are trackable.

Shipping to New Zealand

Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $15 AUD.

Delivery time: Usually 7–14 business days, depending on location.

Damages or Issues

We carefully pack every order, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@scentopia.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll sort it out quickly.
